In this role, you will collaborate closely with M&A and operational leadership to identify and analyze strategic growth opportunities, while leading end-to-end M&A and investment projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end M&A and investment projects, including financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations

Assist in preparing high-quality investment and approval presentations for senior leadership

Collaborate on sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring

Build strong relationships across the Development and Operations teams to enable seamless execution

Analyze post-close performance of acquisitions, comparing actual results to projections and identifying key insights

Drive ad hoc strategic and financial analysis to evaluate new growth opportunities

Required

Bachelor's Degree from top-tier university and strong record of academic success

3+ years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or M&A/corporate development

Advanced skills on MS Excel and PowerPoint required

Analytical skill to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives

Well-developed multi-tasking and project management capabilities with efficient time management skills

Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Some travel may be required

Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check
