Director of Sales - Payments
Dwolla is a fast-growing fintech startup seeking a driven, high-performing enterprise sales professional. The role involves building pipelines, leading executive-level conversations, and selling API-first payments and open banking solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.

Responsibilities
Build and manage your own pipeline of net-new enterprise accounts ($50M+ revenue)
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers
Deliver compelling ROI-driven business cases
Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
Forecast with accuracy and accountability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise outbound sales experience with proven overachievement
Success selling B2B SaaS, or API-based payments solutions
Deep understanding of ACH, RTP, FedNow, Visa Direct, Mastercard Move, and Open Banking APIs
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Preferred
Experience shaping sales playbooks or GTM strategies
Salesforce and analytics expertise
Degree in Business or related field
