Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions for specific products and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability and compliance with enterprise standards
Act as a subject matter expert in AI/ML, providing mentorship and architectural support to engineering teams
Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into AI enabled solutions
Apply established security frameworks and best practices to ensure safe and responsible use of AI within product deployments
Contribute to platform engineering by building reusable components, integrating infrastructure-as-code, and supporting delivery pipelines for AI systems
Evaluate emerging AI/ML tools and techniques, run proof-of-concepts and drive adoption to solve real business problems
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline or related work experience
10+ years of architecture experience
5+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions, including production deployment
3+ year of cloud computing experience
Experience with MLOps, AI frameworks and Agile delivery practices
Hands on experience with agentic frameworks and agent protocols a plus
Preferred
Cloud Certification Preferred
Proficiency with GCP and/or AWS cloud environments, distributed systems, and micro services architectures
Strong programming skills (Python, Java, etc) and hands on experience implementing AI/ML models into production
Working knowledge of AI security considerations and ability to design with secure patterns
Ability to partner effectively with cross functional teams and explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non technical stakeholders
Analytical thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide practical AI solutions
Work experience at Google, AWS, Salesforce or similar organization
