Responsibilities
Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records using inventory management systems
Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
Receive and store incoming materials and components
Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipping
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support material need
Ensure proper labeling, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas
Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
0–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience, a plus)
Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to ~50 lbs)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases)
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
