Responsibilities
Assist in the gathering, development, and organization of proposal content as directed by the Proposal Manager, including technical and commercial responses
Attend bid strategy sessions to practice critical analysis of customer requirements, product approach, and competitive landscape
Support the preparation of presentation materials for executive gate approvals
Assist with process optimization initiatives, including projects related to content libraries, proposal data analytics, and archive maintenance
Collaborate with product management to gather and generate a comprehensive product portfolio
Practice reviewing proposals for compliance with RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements
Perform administrative tasks such as updating templates, packaging data, taking notes, and tracking action items
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in undergraduate or graduate program with good academic standing
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
Transcript featuring courses focused on Business Strategy, Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, Project Management, Marketing, and/or Composition
Previous experience developing marketing materials for B2B sales
