The role involves diagnosing issues, architecting solutions, and integrating Just Words' services into customer workflows.

Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in each customer’s ecosystem - ESPs, data warehouses, APIs, and internal tools to map how campaigns and experiments run today
Identify where agentic AI can automate decision-making (segmentation, messaging, send times, optimization)
Architect and implement integrations between Just Words and systems like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, and Snowflake
Prototype new workflows or AI agents that can become part of the broader Just Words product
Collaborate closely with our Product, AI, and Data teams to translate customer discoveries into scalable platform features
Act as the technical voice of the customer, advocating for what would make their workflows 10× more efficient
Represent Just Words externally with professionalism and empathy - you’ll be a trusted partner and the face of our AI platform within customer teams, so strong communication, relationship-building, and stewardship of our company’s image are essential

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or AI-driven systems
Fluency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stewardship of the company's image
Ability to immerse in each customer's ecosystem - ESPs, data warehouses, APIs, and internal tools
Experience in identifying where agentic AI can automate decision-making
Ability to architect and implement integrations between Just Words and systems like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, and Snowflake
Experience in collaborating closely with Product, AI, and Data teams to translate customer discoveries into scalable platform features
Ability to act as the technical voice of the customer, advocating for workflow efficiency
Ability to represent Just Words externally with professionalism and empathy

Preferred

2-5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or AI-driven systems
Curiosity about marketing data, experimentation platforms, and personalization pipelines
Love for working directly with customers, spotting what's possible beyond just building what's asked
Thriving in ambiguity and fast feedback loops, turning open-ended ideas into working systems
