Operations Project Coordinator
The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is a mission-driven organization focused on helping individuals with autism. The Operations Project Coordinator will support operational initiatives by coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment between departments to maintain high service delivery standards.

Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple operational projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met
Serve as the point of contact for project updates, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication
Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including work plans, timelines, and reports
Support the rollout of new operational initiatives, policies, and procedures across regions and departments
Track key metrics and provide data analysis to assess project performance and identify improvement areas
Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure consistent implementation of best practices
Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution and information flow
Participate in regular project review meetings, providing updates and identifying potential risks or barriers
Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for leadership to communicate project outcomes and status
Assist with other administrative or analytical tasks that support operational efficiency and strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of project coordination or operational support experience, preferably within healthcare, education, or service-oriented industries
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic and evolving environment
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
Familiarity with project management tools preferred
