Responsibilities
Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil/site and infrastructure projects
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction
Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions
Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for engineering plans and reports
Support proposal development, cost estimating, and contract negotiations
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth
Contribute to strategic and business development initiatives within the region
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
15+ years of experience in civil/site design or land development
Strong project management background with proven financial and client oversight experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software (e.g., HEC-RAS, WaterCAD)
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple project types
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams for documentation and presentations
Preferred
Established client relationships within the Houston or regional market preferred
