They are seeking a Senior JDE Analyst/Specialist to serve as the in-house JDE expert, managing daily operations and overseeing third-party support partners while playing a crucial role in the upcoming JDE system upgrade.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for JDE user issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to POs, job errors, job scheduler issues, work center messages, and user access
Work closely with EDI team to understand the new onboarding requirements and help build connections
Knowledgeable for routine system tasks such as monitoring JDE jobs on our IBM iSeries (AS400), CNC weekend maintenance, and server-side tasks like bouncing web servers, evaluating 'Zombies,' and managing load balancing
Manage refreshing TEST and DEV environments and monitoring OMW and project promotions
Oversee and manage the work of third-party developers and support personnel for development & system maintenance and administration tasks including CNC maintenance
Create custom reports for users, understand their needs, and provide solutions using tools like Business Objects and Qlikview
Debug JDE programs and manage changes to job versions
Manage JDE user roles and security, including Business Unit security
Respond to auditing requests and help users understand how to perform routine tasks within JDE, such as executing jobs
Play a crucial role in planning and implementing the upgrade of our JDE 8.12 environment to the latest version
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne 8.12 and Tools 8.98
Ability to get up to speed quickly on current system and serve as Subject Matter Expert
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Strong functional background to listen to user requests and create effective solutions
Experience with IBM iSeries (AS400)
Comfortable with JDE job monitoring and potential RPG / CL programming or related tasks
Experience with warehouse management and EDI for order processing and purchasing
Ability to manage JDE user roles and security, including Business Unit security
Experience in planning and implementing upgrades of JDE environments
Ability to oversee and manage the work of third-party developers and support personnel
Ability to create custom reports for users and provide solutions using tools like Business Objects and Qlikview
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to POs, job errors, job scheduler issues, work center messages, and user access
Preferred
Working knowledge of JIRA for tracking requests and incident management
Experience with WebMethods for EDI integration
Experience with REST API for integration
