Vendor Onboarding and Support Specialist

Alacrity Solutions is a leading provider of insurance claims services in North America, specializing in streamlined claims, repair, and recovery solutions. The Vendor Onboarding and Support Specialist will be responsible for onboarding vendors, managing documentation, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

Work with managers and RM team to onboard vendors/contingent workers
Manage and track documentation W-9, Personal Information, Contracts, etc
Maintain vendor records in the HCM system and ERP
Support with client assignment and reporting
Setup and management of vendor T&L
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Performs other related duties as assigned
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job

Required

At least 1 years' related experience required
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in verbal and written form
Excellent judgement and strong multitasking abilities
Decisive and exercises good judgment under pressure
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Proactive problem-solver who can research answers and resources to complete complex tasks with little assistance
Consistent discretion when handling sensitive information and/or situations
Credibility, ethical, full disclosure, and clean financial history
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order over same
Exceptional work ethic

Preferred

UKG Ready experience
Previous experience in HR role, AP role, and/or Contingent staffing and support
