You’ll be matched to a strategic project that’s been selected by our senior leadership, in areas like Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement & more!
Your ideas will help shape how we serve guests, grow revenue, and optimize operations
To wrap up your internship, you’ll present your project findings and recommendations to the head of your department and Brand President — showcasing the strategy, results, and business impact of your work
Qualification
Required
Are 1st year students enrolled in a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) program with a graduation date between Dec 2026 – June 2027
Have at least 4-7 years of prior related work experience – in areas such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality
Have prior people management experience – including having at least 1 direct report or directly led a group, team or project
Possess solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving
Are passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry
Are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
Pride themselves on being excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders
