Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive IAM assessments for all SaaS applications to identify, assess and protect, and govern
Identity needs for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution to enhance access security, in conjunction with the Access Management Team
Identity needs for role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles are applied across all SaaS platforms
Oversee the provisioning and de-provisioning processes to ensure timely and accurate user access management
Strategize and implement operating processes and governance to ensure consistent application of IAM policies across all SaaS applications
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO standards
Implement regular access reviews and certifications to maintain appropriate access levels and detect potential security gaps
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and configurations for SaaS applications
Work closely with procurement, global security organization, and requesting teams to evaluate and select SaaS vendors that meet security and compliance requirements
Partners with business units to understand the needs and ensure that IAM solutions support business objectives while maintaining security
Coordinate with HR teams to manage user lifecycle events, including onboarding, role changes, and terminations
Engage with the global security organization to align SaaS IAM strategies with broader organizational security initiatives
Stay informed about emerging IAM threats and best practices to proactively address potential risks
Lead initiatives to automate IAM processes, improving efficiency and reducing the potential for human error
Monitor and report on IAM metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented controls and identify areas for improvement
Define, implement, and operate the use and impact of GenAI within IAM landscape along with use of GenAI in the ecosystem

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience or knowledge focusing on SaaS environments including but not limited to Microsoft Collaboration tools, technology simplification, identify management
Working experience or knowledge in technologies, life cycle management and/or governance
Strong understanding of RBAC, MFA, SSO, and least privilege principles
Working with different data sources and providing insights into SaaS operations
Understanding of identity governance best practices, including continuous SaaS discovery and automated lifecycle management
Ability to manage risks related to disparate, non-standard, and unapproved SaaS usage
Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, audit, and business leaders
Able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership
Experience managing or mentoring a technical team in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience with Program & Change Management
Strategic thinking with a hands-on technical approach
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Passionate about automation, security, and operational excellence
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable operating in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
An analytical and security-driven mindset with an eye for operational detail
