Responsibilities

Own retention & growth: Drive gross/net retention, expansion, and referenceability across employer accounts; present to CHRO/CFO/benefits committees
Mature CS operations: Implement forecasting rigor, health scoring, risk playbooks, QBR standards, journey maps, and time-to-value targets
Scale the org: Define structure, hiring plan, territories/coverage, ratios, capacity models, and career paths; upskill the team
Employer benefits ecosystem: Partner with brokers/consultants, TPAs/ASOs, health plans ; translate claims/eligibility insights into ROI narratives for employers
Cross-functional leadership: Work with Sales, Clinical Ops, Product, and RevOps on packaging, SLAs/OLAs, implementations-to-steady-state, and voice-of-customer loops
Change leadership / M&A: Lead integration playbooks, communications, and change adoption with clients and internal teams
Metrics & reporting: Stand up dashboards for renewal risk, NRR, adoption, CSAT/NPS; drive forecast accuracy and operational cadence

Required

10+ years in Customer/Client Success or Enterprise Account Management, with 5+ years leading teams serving employer benefits (medical benefits strongly preferred: health, fertility, women's health, digital health, or payer/vendor)
Proven record reducing churn and delivering NRR >100% at scale; built or rebuilt CS functions during growth
Player-coach DNA: Comfortable rolling up sleeves with customers while leading managers/ICs
Executive presence with C-suite/boards; excellent commercial acumen (renewals, expansions, negotiations)
Domain literacy across employer benefits: brokers/consultants, TPAs/ASOs, eligibility files (e.g., 834), basic claims analytics/ROI, HIPAA/BAA norms
Built CS tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Gainsight/Planhat, Looker/Tableau); data-driven operator
