Summer 2026 Management Trainee Internship
Enterprise is seeking a Summer 2026 Management Trainee Intern to help build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship will provide real-world professional experience, allowing interns to develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, and marketing strategies in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
Develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program set to graduate between August 2026 and May 2027
Must be able to start in our orientation class on May 18th, 2026
Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
