Missouri University of Science and Technology is excited to invite applications for the Kennedy Endowed Professor of Practice in the Department of Mining and Explosives Engineering. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses and serve as a liaison between the industry and the MEE Department’s students and faculty.

Make connections between established industry contacts and the department
Qualification
Required
BS in Mining Engineering or closely related field
10+ Years of industry experience
Preferred
An individual with work experience in multiple areas within the Mining Industry (e.g. surface, underground, planning, mine boss, supervisor, manager, equipment, reclamation, processing, etc.) with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
