Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of right-of-way supervisors, specialists, and technicians—providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight
Strategic Oversight: Direct easement and right-of-way programs, including negotiation of legal terms and documentation management
Project Execution: Assign tasks, balance workloads, and drive timely completion of milestones within defined scope
Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve project challenges to ensure seamless transition to construction phases

Qualification

Regulatory ComplianceProject ManagementNegotiation SkillsWireless Infrastructure ExperiencePermitting Portals ProficiencyCommunication Skills

Required

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with government agencies, property owners, and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in permitting portals and government databases

Preferred

Experience in wireless or wireline infrastructure projects is highly preferred
