Human Resources Payroll Project Consultant (Personnel Program Consultant)
The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) is the pillar of human resources management for all state employees. This role focuses on providing statewide policy guidance and customer support to the HR community, particularly in relation to the California State Payroll System (CSPS) project.
Responsibilities
Providing expert advice on leave programs, Civil Service Pay Scales, Pay Letters, and payroll
Supporting CalHR's partnership with the State Controller's Office (SCO) on the CSPS
Providing expert guidance and support to Department HR Offices
Qualification
Required
