Responsibilities

Develop, code, and configure projects related to automation of systems, processes and reporting for greater operational efficiencies across a variety of applications related to IT and other departments
Create and deliver working, production-ready reference implementations that can be leveraged easily by teams
Create points of integration and secure systems to provide greater operational efficiencies through automation solutions
Help to establish and maintain coding best practices, methods, and design patterns in accordance with company and industry standards
Design, create, maintain, and document IT automation opportunities, processes, and reports aligning business goals with IT services as well as enabling optimal security, performance, and greater operational efficiencies

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field
Identity and Access Management; Authentication, Authorization, Group, and Role Management
Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for ITIL and other IT-related items
Experience with development platforms and container deployment

Preferred

Experience in configuration management, test-driven development, and release management
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Flexibility, adaptability, and desire to learn new languages and technologies
Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
