Responsibilities

Drive new client acquisitions and expand relationships with existing Salesforce customers and ecosystem partners
Develop and execute a sales strategy for Salesforce services
Mentor and coach Account Directors, instilling a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives at client organizations to secure long-term partnerships
Provide accurate sales forecasts and business insights to leadership
Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful client engagements and customer satisfaction

Required

12–15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in technology services, with at least 5 years in Salesforce consulting or services
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, products, and partner network
Experience in 1 or more industry verticals of Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Financial Services
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
Experience in leadership positions of high-performing sales organizations
Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
