Responsibilities

Develop detailed MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD software
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project specifications and building codes
Create and maintain accurate documentation for all designs and revisions
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the MEP systems
Assist in the preparation of construction drawings and specifications
Support the preconstruction team with accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and building codes to ensure compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field

Experience with ductwork and piping design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
