Implementation Coordinator
TEAM Risk Management Strategies is a national leader in the outsourced household employment market, seeking a highly organized Implementation Coordinator to support complex client onboardings. The role involves coordinating onboarding processes, facilitating project management activities, and ensuring excellent client service while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Review employee onboarding documents and set up new employees in TEAM's systems
Communicate effectively with external employees to ensure accurate and timely submission of all onboarding materials in alignment with project deadlines (including collecting employment and payroll forms and following up on missing items)
Complete verifications for employment
Maintain up-to-date project documentation using internal tracking tools
Uphold a high bar for service excellence by responding to all employee inquiries in a timely, solutions-focused manner, collaborating internally as needed, and providing clear and thoughtful responses
Proactively develop tools and strategies to optimize the employee onboarding process
Perform other duties or projects as assigned in support of the Implementation team
Qualification
Required

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, exercising good judgment to prioritize multiple competing tasks
Demonstrates strong collaborative teamwork and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, demonstrating strong attention to detail and producing high-quality work
Flexible and adaptable; able to take instruction from multiple avenues
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint, and able to learn and navigate other internal software systems quickly and efficiently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 2 years of experience in fast-paced, customer service-related position preferred
