Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems for industrial applications
Create control panel layouts, loop diagrams, ladder diagrams, one-line diagrams, and conduit routing
Perform load calculations and develop intrinsic safety circuits
Use CAD software (AutoCAD or ePlan) to produce accurate and detailed drawings
Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client specifications
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications for electrical equipment and materials
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure successful project execution
Participate in drawing reviews and peer review processes

Required

3-8 years of experience in electrical and controls design or instrumentation
Proficiency in control panel design and control system layout
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or ePlan)
Familiarity with drawing standards and documentation best practices
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Degree in electronics, instrumentation, or controls is preferred but not required
