Responsibilities

Group facilitation and co-leading therapeutic sessions

Client outreach, including connecting past clients to continued care such as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)Assessment

Engagement with individuals experiencing substance use disorders

Learning and applying Motivational Interviewing and the Stages of Change model

Exposure to trauma-informed, client-centered care in a residential setting

Required

Currently enrolled in a Master's or Bachelor's Program with an emphasis in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling and other behavioral health specialties

Ability to answer screening questions detailing University/College, the program currently enrolled in, the semester with dates seeking a learning opportunity, and the required credentials of a qualified Supervisor/Preceptor
