Responsibilities

Lead, design and execute research to develop cell and gene therapy platforms
Optimize cell-based immunoassays, including immune cell isolation and expansion, T cell culture, virus packaging and titering, multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, cell-based cytotoxic assays, PCR analysis
Work closely with team to test different designs to deliver reliable and consistent data
Document and interpret scientific results, present the data within research team and cross-functional teams

Required

PhD in Immunology, cell biology or related discipline
4 years of experience in the field of cell therapy, in vivo CAR-T experience preferred
Track record of productivity evidenced by publications and/or patents
Experience in supporting projects from early research to clinical stage is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Stay alert to industry development, keep learning and be comfortable in a fast-paced team
