BTS Software Solutions is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts who are responsible for conducting advanced collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination, reporting, and targeting using publicly and commercially available data sources. The role involves interfacing with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations and other intelligence efforts.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources

Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates

Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments

Required

Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community

Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience)

Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories

Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology

Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy

Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above
