They are seeking a part-time Psychologist to perform psychoeducational evaluations primarily for children and adolescents, including intake with parents, classroom observations, and providing feedback to parents and children.

Responsibilities

Intake with parents
Two day evaluation
Classroom observation as requested
School meetings and communication with schools as requested
Written report
Oral feedback to parents
Oral feedback to child as appropriate
Follow up as appropriate

Qualification

Required

Licensed Ph.D or Psy.D. level clinical psychologist
Direct psychological testing experience
Experience working with children
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with parents and children
Professionalism, accuracy in scoring, and timeliness of written reports
Doctorate in clinical psychology
Experience providing psychoeducational evaluations
Experience working with a varied population, with emphasis working with children, adolescents, and families
Good team player and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background screening
Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
Tuberculosis testing (TB) and fingerprinting may also be required

Preferred

Interest and or experience working in the Jewish community
