Responsibilities

Functions as the single point of contact between the contractor and COR

Oversees the entire contract assuring that the proper personnel are assigned to the individual task orders

Publishes the monthly reports, handles invoicing, reviews Statements of Work and funding issues, hires personnel, and advises the COR on project status and any potential problem areas

U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance

BA/BS degree in business management, instructional technology or equivalent

At least ten (10) continuous years' experience in Managing an educational design and development project, with two or more years' professional experience working on a contract for the Navy/DoD or another Department of Defense agency
