Responsibilities
Independently gather, analyze, structure, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative business, external market, and competitor data and information
Examine aspects of the firm’s client base, capabilities, and economics to find patterns and begin to draw implications
Develop hypotheses and figure out how to explore them while applying effective time management skills to balance multiple efforts and consistently meet deadlines
Ensure the highest level of accuracy, organization, documentation, communication, and follow-through
Present findings through compelling and logical deliverables such as qualitative and quantitative exhibits and discrete sections of written reports
Work closely and iteratively with teammates to create polished, client-ready deliverables
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree
Minimum of two years of relevant experience, ideally in a professional services environment
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening
Ability to work in a self-directed manner and take ownership of work
Aptitude for complex research and analytical work
Demonstrated strengths and interest in problem solving
Adaptability and flexibility given the dynamic nature of the strategy team's work
Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback
Capability of multi-tasking, sometimes under time-sensitive conditions
Enjoyment of collaboration, building relationships, and contributing to a positive work environment
