Start in 2026 SpringSazerac Company is seeking a Finance / Accounting Leadership Development Intern to build a working knowledge of the industry through business-critical projects. The intern will collaborate closely with the leadership team and engage in hands-on projects that influence productivity and efficiency.

Execute process improvement projects in key areas such as bottling, processing, distribution, and maintenance
Develop and document standards for assigned processes
Deliver an end-of-summer project presentation
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of either program
GPA 3.0 or above
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
