Responsibilities
Design, plan, and implement scalable technical solutions within Azure
Install, configure, and support Windows servers and enterprise software
Maintain accurate documentation including architecture diagrams, CMDB entries, and knowledge base articles
Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and availability issues
Collaborate with internal teams and managed service providers to optimize server and VMware environments
Lead efforts to enforce configuration standards and resiliency best practices
Support strategic initiatives including M&A activities, facility design, and infrastructure decommissioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
5+ years of experience working with Azure or similar cloud platforms
Experience managing Azure financial costs and budgeting
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with minimal supervision
Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines
Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams
Familiarity with resiliency methodologies and technologies
Experience with MS Exchange, ServiceNow, VMware, or other hypervisors
Preferred
Microsoft certifications preferred: Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect
