Responsibilities
Map student onboarding, orientation, and advising journeys to identify friction points
Design early alert systems (EAB Navigate, Starfish, Civitas) with risk thresholds and escalation workflows
Create advisor playbooks and communication toolkits for proactive student engagement
Ensure equity-centered interventions that support underserved student populations
Engage advising teams, faculty, and student support staff to drive adoption
Deliver frameworks and tools that are practical and implementable
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of experience in student success, retention, or higher education consulting
Hands-on expertise with EAB Navigate, Starfish, Civitas, or similar tools
Experience developing advising strategies and communication protocols
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
