Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced field service engineers to provide on-site technical assistance for electrical systems, including installations and testing
Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to guarantee the optimal performance and compliance of electrical equipment
Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients
Engage with clients in a professional and customer-centric manner, addressing inquiries, providing technical expertise, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports, client feedback, and any necessary product modifications
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and R&D, to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects
Qualification
Required
Currently Seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field: Graduating no later than May 2028
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and relevant industry standards
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members
Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently
Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and a dynamic work environment
Willingness to Travel: Availability for frequent travel to customer sites for on-site support and service tasks as needed
