Foster strong, positive relationships with students, acting as a mentor and guide to help them discover their interests and aptitudes within the technical fields

Maintain a safe, organized, and effective laboratory or workshop environment
Actively collaborate with departmental colleagues and the wider school staff as a key team player to enhance the overall educational experience
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous professional improvement, embracing the hardworking nature of the trade and the teaching profession
Participate in departmental, school-wide, and district-level professional development and initiatives
