Qualification
Required
Senior-level professional with 10+ transactions experience in pre-owned aircraft sales
Operate with autonomy, showing initiative and ownership
Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and close major, high-value deals
Track and report on performance, providing clear updates and proactive insights to senior management
Represent 88K at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings with professionalism and impact
Team spirit and strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination and collaboration
Clear, confident, and humble communicator who can influence executive decision-makers
Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach and the ability to foster long-term relationships
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Meticulous attention to detail, especially in contracts, pricing, and market analysis
Motivation to continuously improve, innovate, and contribute to a growing company
High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
Eligible to live and work in the United States
Willingness to be on call after hours
Demonstrated passion for aviation; a Pilot License is a plus
