Quander is building an AI company that develops systems to automate the invention process. They are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to design and deploy the infrastructure for autonomous growth agents, shaping the technical vision and launching foundational products.

Responsibilities

Build the System Where AI Growth Agents Live
Design, develop, and deploy the full-stack infrastructure that powers autonomous agents across the growth stack—from market analysis to content creation and scaling
Architect the Agent Operating System
Create the backend systems that allow multiple AI agents to collaborate, execute reliably, and scale across products. You’ll design orchestration layers, event-driven workflows, and data pipelines for continuous learning
Engineer the Growth Engine
Develop front-end and generative systems that enable agents to perform creative and analytical tasks: ad generation, market research, video production, and campaign optimization
Ship Foundational Products
You’ll own features end-to-end—from 0→1—launching the first tools that power Hypesonic’s autonomous growth engine and directly impact customers and internal invention teams
Shape the Technical Vision
Work directly with the founders to make architectural decisions, define the roadmap, and build a culture of engineering and AI excellence from day one

Required

3–5+ years of experience building full-stack products from scratch
Deep proficiency with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL
Strong foundation in systems design, backend architecture, and API development
Curiosity or experience in AI-driven systems, LLMs, multi-agent workflows, or platforms that automate human tasks
Excitement about working with the latest foundation and reasoning models to power intelligent agents
Passion for building tools that change how humans and AI collaborate to invent, create, and grow
Bias for action. You move fast, build fast, and iterate fast
Desire to be part of something that compounds—where every system you build helps build the next
