They are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to perform complex set-up, operation, and maintenance of production machines, while also assisting in training other operators.

Responsibilities

Controls and adjusts machine settings to complete more complex tasks

Performs machine set-up/changeover to produce the required product or components by making mechanical adjustments to meet product specifications

Performs first time set-up of equipment for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/ software adjustments

Operates equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals. Makes minor adjustments to correct machine output as needed

Performs manual production operations as required, e.g., apply labels, place components, load and unload equipment

Visually inspects machine output to verify proper assembly and workmanship standards are being met

Performs daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities in accordance with machine operation manual or maintenance work instruction

Maintains neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

CNC Machine OperationMachine Set-upToolDie ExperienceBlueprint InterpretationEnglish Proficiency

Required

High school diploma or GED required

5+ years of experience setting up and operating machines, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification

Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred

Tool and Die experience is preferred
