Brainfreeze Collective Intern
7-Eleven Inc. is the world’s largest operator, franchiser, and licensor of convenience stores, known for its innovation in the convenience retailing industry. The Brainfreeze Collective Intern will work with the Customer Insights team to develop and manage outreach efforts for a community of 7REWARDS and Speedy Rewards members, fostering engagement and relationships with community members.

Responsibilities
Actively listen to, identify, and categorize the goals, challenges, and priorities of community members
Respond to questions, facilitate discussions, and address community feedback
Encourage active participation, content sharing, and deeper engagement from community members
Create a process for managing community feedback that ensures concerns are addressed appropriately
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with team members in a high-throughput, deadline-driven, process-oriented environment
Highly organized and strong attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to solve problems both independently and as part of a team through a structured approach
Preferred
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
Experience with Customer Feedback Management Platforms such as Qualtrics, Alida, Medallia, InMoment, Clarabridge
