They are offering a Loyalty Rewards Intern position for the summer of 2026, where the intern will engage in research, data analysis, and project presentations while receiving mentorship and exposure to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Researching, analyzing and collecting data from internal and external sources
Identifying areas for improvement, developing recommendations for follow-up action and researching potential resources
Creating tracking/reporting tools using Excel
Developing data collection methodologies and reporting processes, and designing and updating data reports to track progress towards goals
Collecting and analyzing data to access potential risks, and provide mitigation solutions
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, strategy, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with team members in a high-throughput, deadline-driven, process-oriented environment
Highly organized and strong attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to solve problems both independently and as part of a team through a structured approach
Preferred
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
