Kitchen Tune-Up is a kitchen design and remodeling franchise system looking for dedicated team members to join their growing business. The role involves completing kitchen remodeling projects, performing maintenance tasks, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, drywall repairs, and basic carpentry work
Address plumbing and electrical issues promptly and efficiently
Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
Follow instructions given by project manager
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
Communicate with project manager daily about progress
Work quickly and efficiently

Required

Proven experience as a Handyman/Carpenter or similar role
Able to drill for hinges
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Able to install doors and drawer fronts
Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Must have reliable transportation
Experience with hand tools
Neat appearance
