Responsibilities

Use your merchant eye to evaluate new vendors and products, building a salable and profitable omnichannel assortment that delights our customers
Partner closely with the Planning team to help manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) and maintain inventory health
Own the accuracy of all product data. This includes collecting item setup information, managing item maintenance, and ensuring correct product categorization across all systems
Proactively manage all vendor-communicated PO changes, including cost adjustments, item availability dates, product substitutions, and tracking updates
Assist with visual and digital merchandising needs for new store launches, online campaigns, resets, and key promotional programs
Create and pull ad-hoc reports (sales, assortment, inventory) to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring we achieve our revenue and profitability targets
Work effectively across teams to execute key merchandise initiatives flawlessly

Required

3-5 years of hands-on omnichannel merchandising or buying experience
A genuine passion and a discerning eye for kids' products
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Enjoy building new, efficient processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace is required
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States

Preferred

Experience with Shopify and inventory management or ERP systems (like NetSuite or SAP)
Ability to gracefully give and receive feedback as part of a high-performing team
