Responsibilities
Design, write, and test Solidity smart contracts (ERC-20, staking, rewards)
Build gamified mechanics such as XP, achievements, and milestone rewards
Explore upgradeable contract design and modular architecture
Learn how vesting, burning, and reward emissions are structured in token economies
Use developer tools like Hardhat and Foundry for testing and deployment
Integrate contracts with backend systems (Node.js/NestJS) and front-end DApps
Participate in peer code reviews and understand the basics of smart contract auditing
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science or related program
Basic understanding of blockchain fundamentals and Solidity syntax
Strong curiosity for gamification, crypto rewards, and smart contract development
Ability to commit 10–20 hours per week remotely
Preferred
Familiarity with Solidity and OpenZeppelin libraries
Interest in gamification, DAO frameworks, or incentive systems
Exposure to blockchain platforms like Polygon, Optimism, or Arbitrum
Passion for Web3, decentralized technologies, and crypto innovation
Eager to learn in a collaborative, mentorship-oriented environment
