They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer – Team Lead to guide their Generative AI team in building next-generation internal platforms that leverage Large Language Models and agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of GenAI engineers, fostering technical excellence and rapid iteration

Architect and oversee development of full-stack applications that optimize research and IP workflows

Guide the integration of LLMs into production systems for document generation, summarization, classification, semantic search, and agentic execution

Partner with research, IP, and executive stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver high-value solutions

Establish and enforce best practices for reliability, performance, and scalability across the stack

Contribute hands-on to critical design and implementation decisions, balancing leadership with coding

Shape the roadmap of Ofinno’s AI agent platform, including retrieval pipelines and semantic search capabilities

Required

8+ years of software engineering experience, including demonstrated leadership of projects or small teams

Strong expertise in back-end development (Python, Node.js, or Java) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)

Experience deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments

Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures

Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and elevate team performance

Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical solutions with business needs

Track record of delivering production systems from concept to deployment
