Responsibilities

Research, draft, and edit articles, speeches, and testimony on the organization, missions, operations, and initiatives

Responsible for gathering, developing, and checking the accuracy of information from a wide range of sources, to include but not limited to, the Acquisition Deltas and staff organizations

Coordinate with the Government to ensure consistency of messages for internal and external audiences

Perform additional research and provide recommendations on submissions from other staff activities to organize, balance, and apply a consistent sense of style, grammar, and flow to the finished product

Required

Extensive experience and expertise in Technical Writing

Demonstrated ability to conduct research and produce information materials such as speeches, briefs, and other documentation

Prior experience producing Government (DoD preferred) or Congressional reports

Experience Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to identify and solve problems

Bachelors Degree

10+ years of relevant experience

TS SCI Eligibility

Preferred

Prior experience with space programs

Knowledgeable in Air Force, Space Force, and Space Systems Command documentation formatting and presentation
