Responsibilities
Maintain a safe work environment
Respond to staff requests for support followed up with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solutions
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure department success
Assist in the design, deploy, and maintain data center, network, and end user infrastructure
Work with end users, management, and clients to assess and execute the needs of the business
Documenting solutions and tracking support requests using a helpdesk and project management tool
Manage tool updates, mitigate vulnerabilities, apply patching, and work to ensure proper security measures are taken at every turn
Developing technical documentation including requirements and user manuals where needed
Manage workload and work cohesively to achieve the greater goal
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
3+ year of Database experience
3+ years of Network and PC Maintenance experience
3+ years of Virtual Server experience
History of process improvement and problem solving
Programing Knowledge and experience
Good verbal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong desire to learn
Preferred
Experience with the following: Active Directory, C#, .NET 6 (or higher), Python, SQL, VMWare, PowerBI, Salesforce, Bluebeam, AutoCad, Plexus
Industry leading certifications from one of the following: Microsoft, VMWare, ITIL, Cisco/Aruba
