Responsibilities
Handle high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues
Write and argue significant motions
Make new laws
Mentor associates
Handle cases with limited supervision
Qualification
Required
At least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience
Experience in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort
Licensed and admitted to practice in California
Strong academic credentials
Self-starter who feels ready to handle cases with limited supervision
Team player
Preferred
Cannabis experience
Experience taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court
