Responsibilities

Manage projects from start to finish with direct communications to client and Contractors
Involvement in accounting tasks such as tracking, bids, and expenses
Use of AutoCAD for drafting, design or QC efforts as needed
Delegate or self-perform project timelines as dictated by workload
Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once
Bounce to other teams as workload dictates
Mange communication for internal resources, and accurate external communication as needed
Potentially participate in Marketing /Business Development as opportunities arise
Continuously educate team members on standards and changes within client or scope of work

PE in civil engineeringAutoCADConstruction drawing preparationRight of Way (ROW) experienceCommunication skillsAdaptabilityTeam playerOrganizational skills

Required

PE in civil engineering required
Willing to work in AutoCAD daily on a design or review level
2+ years of direct AutoCAD and construction drawing preparation
Ability to learn and retain new knowledge
Ability to multitask and learn new information quickly and effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise adaptability in new situations
Self-starter with desire and ability to learn and retain knowledge
Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Preferred

Higher education and certifications or training preferred
Previous work in the Right of Way (ROW) preferred
