Lead a product management team driving insurance technology solutions from concept through adoption

Define the product vision and roadmap for policy lifecycle management, claims automation, and digital engagement platforms

Build partnerships with insurance carriers, brokers, and insurtech ecosystems to align product strategies with market needs

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including state-specific mandates and standards

Partner with sales leadership on tailored go-to-market strategies for different insurance sectors

Stay ahead of trends such as AI-driven underwriting, predictive analytics, and telematics to ensure continued market leadership

Define key metrics to measure success across adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

Deep knowledge of insurance operations, compliance frameworks, and digital transformation trends

Proven ability to launch innovative products for carriers and insurance service providers

Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams
