Interventional Technologist PRN
Research Medical Center is part of HCA Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. They are seeking an Interventional Technologist to complete interventional procedures, ensure compliance with sterile techniques, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Complies with principles of sterile technique
Collects and assembles data for database, outcome analysis and performance improvement
Responsible for carrying out any other activities assigned by the IR Supervisor or Imaging Services Director to ensure the department runs effectively and efficiently
The IR Tech-noncertified is required to participate in the on-call rotation and is required to respond within 30 minutes when on call
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. Two-year program or four year BA program in Radiology Technology followed by training in interventional procedures either on the job or from in an accredited program setting
BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 30 days of hire
ACLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 6 months of hire
Minimum of one year hospital department experience
On Call Required and must have the ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes of call back
