Responsibilities

Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact

Review goals, learn about new products and promotions, and prepare the store for success

Receive merchandise, tag items, or organize the stockroom

Focus on the customer - from greeting customers warmly to actively listening and resolving issues

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you

Wrap up the day by organizing the stockroom, completing orders, and setting the team up for the next day’s success

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
