As a Seasonal Retail Fulfillment Support Associate, you will create a seamless shopping experience by engaging with customers and managing back-of-house fulfillment tasks, such as selecting merchandise and assisting with online orders.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with genuine hospitality and resolve issues with professionalism

Select merchandise, pack and ship online orders with care, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and restocking merchandise

Share the Loyalty program benefits with customers and ensure they have all they need before leaving the store

Organize the stockroom, complete orders, and set the team up for the next day’s success

Required

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
